Wave Rocks Arches National Park

Wave Rocks Arches National park is a location I saw out out of the corner of my eye as a I drove by.

I came across these wave shaped rocks at Arches National Park on a drive out to the Windows area of the park.

The formations in the rock intrigued me, the large towering rock above added a nice shape to the composition and the dark blue sky provided a nice contrast to the orange color of the sandstone.

It must have inspired others before me as this spot was not obviously seen along the side of the road, yet there was a nice trail leading to the location with many footprints of others who have photographed it before me.

You could almost see the tripod holes of others who have seen this nice composition of these wave rocks along the road near the Windows area of Arches National Park.
